Multi-Tenant Building
Internet Access Digital Junction Networks
offers great deals to owners and/or operators of
multi-tenant office and residential buildings in our
coverage area. Under our multi-tenant building plan, we
will bring high speed broadband service to your building under
one of three different plans:
Plan 1: Digital Junction
Networks delivers a high speed dedicated broadband connection to
your building at no charge to you. You provide us with
access to the tenants in your building under an exclusive access
agreement. We then install the needed infrastructure in
your building at no charge to you, so that we can sell
discounted broadband services directly to your
tenants.
Plan 2: The building owner
or operator contracts with Digital Junction Networks to deliver
wholesale broadband service to the building, and to install the
necessary infrastructure in the building, to deliver broadband
services to tenants of the building. The building owner
then sells broadband services directly to its tenants, or
bundles broadband services into the tenant rental charges in
order to both increase occupancy and to add value to rental
rates. Depending on the service plan, either the building
owner/operator or Digital Junction Networks can provide any
needed technical support services to the tenants.
Plan 3: Digital Junction
Networks delivers a high speed dedicated broadband connection to
your building at no charge to you. You pay to have us
install the necessary infrastructure in your building to serve
your tenants. You sell the service to your tenants on our
behalf, we handle the accounts, bill the clients, collect the
money, and we split the service revenues with you.
No matter which plan you choose,
you are improving the value of your commercial or residential
rentals, you are improving your ability to increase occupancy
and reduce churn, and your property's reputation is improved
overall.
Contact
us now and we will sit down with you and help you select a
plan that is best for your circumstances and that works for both
of us.
